For us, this place is much more than just an apartment at the foot of the slopes. It's our little corner of paradise, where we've been meeting up with our traveling family and friends for almost 40 years. We look forward to welcoming you.

It's a little corner of paradise where you can be alone and reconnect with your loved ones. It's an ideal base from which to explore the mountains, lakes, rivers and magnificent natural surroundings.

The apartment is on the second and top floor. Approximately 70 m2 on two levels, downstairs you'll find a bedroom with double bed (140cm), a living room with fireplace, the kitchen with a large terrace and a bathroom with separate toilet. Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with double bed (140cm), another bedroom with double bed (160cm), single bed and additional single mattress, and a bathroom with toilet shared by both bedrooms. Finally, you'll find an office room with TV and a slightly old sofa bed, which we'll be replacing soon - but which often does the trick when there are a lot of us (the sofa bed is upstairs and not in the living room, contrary to what Airbnb advertises in the description).

You'll quickly realize that the apartment is better equipped than most other mountain rentals you've experienced - like being part of the family :)
- WIFI and Netflix on the TV upstairs.
- You'll find wood for the fireplace on the terrace (please replace).
- Library with assorted books, maps of the surrounding mountains for your hikes
- Set of board games and family guitar!
- A first-aid kit
- Cleaning materials and lots of little things that should make your stay a great one.
- The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need: fondue, raclette, blender, bean-to-cup coffee machine, as well as dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
- On the balcony, you'll find deckchairs, benches and a fold-out table for dining in the sun.
- You'll have access to a cellar for your ski equipment, sledges, bikes etc.

The apartment is located in Les Verneys - a particularly peaceful part of Valloire. A 300-meter walk will take you to the chairlift with ticket office for ski passes. Next door, you'll find a bakery, a small cheese shop, bars, restaurants and the shuttle departure point. There are also two stores for ski/snowboard and mountain bike/electric bike rentals and other equipment. The shuttle bus arrives 300 meters from the apartment, in front of the cable car. Please note that this is mainly in season. The river is nearby and you can go hiking directly from the apartment.

- Free parking is available behind the building.
- During the winter and summer seasons, the town offers a shuttle service. We recommend that you visit the Tourist Office in town to find out the bus timetable and all the events and activities scheduled for the period of your stay.
- If you have an electric car, you can park next to the bakery near the ski lifts - there are two spaces and recharging is free.

We wanted to offer bed linen all year round, but unfortunately the laundry closes out of season. We are therefore adjusting our prices accordingly. Thank you for your understanding.
- Off-season: from September 1 to December 23 and from April 15 to June 30: sheets and towels will not be included.
- In season: from December 23 to April 15 and from July 1 to August 31: everything will be included.

Generally, it's me (Romain) who'll answer your messages - I'm based in Madrid. It may also be my brother (Yoan) who lives in Vancouver, Canada. Finally, if there's an emergency, it could be my father (Alain) who lives in Valloire.

Whatever happens, we'll do everything we can to get back to you as quickly as possible and make sure you have a great stay :)
