- A 20 m² South/West balcony and loggia, with a breathtaking view of the mountains and the emblematic Aiguilles d'ARVES.
- Shoe dryer, private ski room on the landing and free condominium parking.

The shuttle bus service takes you to the entrance of the village, at the foot of the gondola lift and the E.S.F. You can ski back to the village, depending on snow conditions. At the start of hiking, mountain biking, Nordic walking and snowshoeing trails.
For greater peace of mind, rentals are from Sunday to Sunday (winter only).
