10.5m2 living room with sofa bed (140x190) and kitchenette with 4 electric hotplates under hood, microwave, mini oven, refrigerator with 4* freezer compartment.
All cooking equipment available, including raclette, fondue, food processor, mixer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker... Flat-screen TV with TNT HD channels and DVD player.

Bunk beds in the entrance hall (70x190). A door closes the entrance to the living area.
4.5 m2 balcony with table and 2 chairs.

Comforters, pillows, disposable undersheets, blankets and plaids provided.
Cleaning products available.

In winter :
Free beginners' slope and ESF Piou Piou club 150 m away.
The Verneys lift 400 m below gives access to the entire Valloire Galibier ski area. The ESF meeting point for all other lessons is at the foot of this chairlift. The cross-country ski trails are 500 m away.

SUMMER: numerous hiking trails and mountain bike access.... Swimming pool in the center of Valloire, fun and outdoor activities for all the family. Tennis and golf course 900 m away.

Free parking adjacent to the residence.

Close to shops: bakery, restaurant, fast-food outlet, pizzeria, newspaper and equipment rental, regional produce.
Regular shuttle service to Valloire town center, or access on foot.
