Come and discover this larch wood chalet, divided into two completely independent living areas, one occupied by the owner, the other for rental.

The two entrances are separate, with private gardens and parking for each part, with the rental part facing SOUTH/EAST.

You'll be greeted by the owner, who lives on site and offers you a warm welcome. He will be happy to advise you and recommend the best places to eat.

The Chalet is located between 2 chairlifts and close to the start of ski lessons.
A free shuttle bus stops in front of the chalet and takes you to the chairlifts (Du "Moulin Benjamin" or des "Verneys") or further down the resort.

Bakeries and restaurants are 100/300 meters away.

A charming rental, close to all amenities, for a successful vacation with family or friends, summer or winter.

You'll also enjoy a terrace with table, chairs, deckchairs and barbecue, and a private play area for children with swings and slide.
In the Chalet Savoyard spirit, the chalet has 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double and 1 single bed. (Mezzanine bed system with a 140cm bed below and a 90cm bed above).

Each bedroom also has an extra single bed, and the living room, opposite the fireplace, has a corner sofa that converts to a double bed.

Both bathrooms have showers and separate WCs.
You'll enjoy a large living room with sitting area, fireplace, large dining area and fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, oven and microwave, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, flat-screen TV, DVD player, underfloor heating with thermostat in each room, free WIFEE...).

All on one level, with private garden, lovely terrace, mountain and nature views.
Baby equipment available free of charge: cot, mattress, high chair, bathtub.
