Sétaz Expérience - Découverte du ski de randonnée

Description

Discover ski touring at dusk on the Sétaz massif. Glide down the slopes by the light of your headlamp, in the presence of a ski instructor.
Registration on site from 4.30pm.
Departure at 5.30pm.

An introductory activity for those who take part in regular physical activity. Ascent 550m d+, average duration 1h30.
Beginners can stop halfway up (250m d+, average duration 40 minutes / 1 hour).

Registration includes :
- Presence of a ski instructor
- Presence of ski patrol
- Trail markers
- Drinks on arrival

Equipment to be provided by the participant :
- Skis, boots, poles, skins, adapted and adjusted to the participant.
- Hydration and food for the effort
- Backpack with warm, dry clothes for the descent
- Headlamp
