Description
With Carole Chauvin Payan, researcher in language sciences and head of mediation at GIPSA-Lab.
Since the Neolithic period, mushrooms have been perceived, used and consumed differently by different peoples, cultures and territories.
In recent years, mycological interest has been growing in the scientific literature, which presents changes in traditional knowledge, gathering and consumption practices, trade and popular beliefs about wild mushrooms.
In this lecture, we invite you to take a journey through time and space, during which we will present the regional and dialect names, domestic and medicinal uses and popular beliefs associated with the wild mushrooms of Europe and Siberia.
