Climbing up to Pain de Sucre is the promise of a lovely walk in the delicious heat of a summer's day, discovering alpine pastures and mountain villages with their gentle way of life.

Guidebook with maps/step-by-step

Start: Fontaine de Poingt Ravier
1/ Take the path to the right, then turn right again at the next junction.
2/ After three kilometers, climb towards Pain de Sucre.
3/ At the summit, retrace your steps and turn left towards "Château Bernard", then back down to Poingt Ravier.

Tips
